Tammy's Potato Salad

Ingredients
8 medium Russet potatoes7 hard boiled eggs - peeled and chopped10 radishes - washed and chopped1 green bell pepper - washed and chopped1 cup mayo1/4 cup French dressing4 tbsp sugarsalt and pepper - to taste
Directions
Boil potatoes with skin on until well done. Let cool, then peel with spoon. Chop potatoes into bite sized pieces and put into a large bowl. Add the eggs, radishes, and bell pepper.
In a smaller bowl, mix the mayo, dressing, sugar, salt and pepper. Adjust taste as necessary, no ingredient should overpower the taste of the others.
Pour the dressing over the potato mix and stir until well covered.

Serving Size: Makes about 16 1/2-cup servings.
