1 bagel thin ( deli flats work too)1/4 avocado1 large eggFrank's Red Hot ( to taste)
Heat a pan on medium with a little nonstick spray. Put bagel in toaster.
Slice up one quarter of the avocado and put on bottom slice of toast.
Cook egg to desired doneness, slide on top of the avocado, then sprinkle with hot sauce to taste.
