- Number of Servings: 10
Ingredients
Directions
2 T oil (canola, or any kind)1 cup white corn meal1 cup all-purpose flour (and a little more to roll the dough) 1/2 t. salt1 t. sugar1 t. active dry yeast1/4-1/2 c. water

Turn dough onto lightly floured board, roll dough by hand into golf ball size pieces. Lightly sprinkle flour on the board. Roll each ball out until a thin circle, as thin as possible without tearing the dough. Cook by dropping onto lightly oiled hot griddle (I used my electric griddle at about 385 degrees) Cook, turning frequently until the dough bubbles and slight browning occurs.
