Tuna Fish Casserole

3 Tbsp. butter3 Tbsp. flour1 1/2 c. 2% milk1 c. bread or cracker crumbs1 small can tuna fish (5 oz.)1 c. peas (drained)1 c. cooked egg noodles or spaghettidash of salt and pepper
1. Mix butter, flour, and milk together.
2. Heat mixture over medium heat until thickened. Let cool.
3. Line the bottom of a 5x8 casserole dish with half of the crumbs.
4. Add the tuna fish, peas, and noodles.
5. Pour white sauce over all, then cover with remaining crumbs.
6. Season with salt and pepper, dot with butter and bake about one hour at 350 degrees.
