Chicken liver pate

Ingredients
Chicken Livers, 200 gramsButter, salted, 100 gramsDried Thyme, or herb de provence 1 tspPepper, black, 1 dashRed Wine, 50 mLGarlic, 2 cloves
Directions
Cook livers and crushed garlic slowly in 25g of butter.
Add remaining butter and allow to melt.
Add wine, pepper and hers and process in a blender until fine.
Put into small dish or 4 ramekins and allow to set in the fridge.
