1 cup Hungry Jack - Wheat Blend Mix1/3 cup Water2 Tbsp Kroger Zero Calorie Baking Sweetener2 Tbsp Kroger Zero Calorie Brown Baking Sweetener2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil1/6 cup Egg Substitute (40 grams)1/4 cup Hershey's Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips. Thoroughly combine, but do not overmix. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon batter into lightly greased mini muffin pan, filling 3/4 full. Bake 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Turn off oven and allow to cool in oven w/door ajar for 2 to 3 minutes.
