Helen's black bean and corn salsa

Ingredients
Open and drain canned veggies, i like to put them in a large microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Chop the tomato and jalapeno, add to the corn and beans. Add minced garlic, the juice of one lime, and cumin. You can add salt to taste, I usually leave this out to watch my sodium. Stir, let sit in fridge for a few hours to chill. I always stir before serving. This is good hot or cold. Its also good if you add a cup of chopped onion.
