Ingredients
1 - UDI Gluten Free Pizza Crust1/2 Cup Food Club Pizza Sauce1/2 Cup Food Club 2% Mozzarella Cheese - Shredded1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper - Dried, Spicy1 Tsp Garlic - chopped
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 410 with Pizza Stone
Spread pizza sauce over frozen crust
Sprinkle red pepper to taste
Spread cheese evenly across pizza
Additional ingredients as desired.
Top with a sprinkle of the garlic

Place in oven for 17 minutes.

    How many calories is in your cheese? I have some in the fridge 2 % and 1/2 cup is 140, My crust is 320 for one crust with the pizza sauce I come up with about 520 calories. - 7/17/12
