Blueberry and Raisin Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
2 eggs1/2 cup applesauce1/3 cup brown sugar (packed)1 & 1/3 cup skim milk2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt2 tsp cinnamon3 cups uncooked oats1/3 cup raisins1 & 1/2 cup fresh or (thawed, frozen) blueberries
Directions
Spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Beat the eggs, mix in the applesauce, brown sugar, milk, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, raisins & oats. Pour into the prepared pan and sprinkle the blueberries on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
