Shrimp with Broccolli and Garlic

Ingredients
8 Large CookedShrimp 3 Fresh Broccolli Spears (boiled)2 Cloves of Garlic (sliced into thin slivers)1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Tbsp. Smart Balance Plus Omega 3 Light2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
In a medium fyring pan, add Smart balance to medium heat and let melt. Once melted, add olive oil. Once hot (do not burn), add garic and sautee for 2 minutes. Finally, add balsamic vinegar, cooked shrimp and boiled broccolli and sautee until heated tossing frequently in garlic, balsamic vinegar and oil.

Serve alone or with pasta. ENJOY!
