1.5kgs Lean Minced Beef500g Lean Veal & Turkey Mince1 Large onion diced1 Tbsp Olive Oil2 Carrots Grated500g Pumpkin Grated2 Beef stock cubes400g Tin diced tomato1 Can concentrated Tomato Soup3 Cloves Garlic3 Tablespoons of Oregano1 Bunch flat leaf Parsley
1. Heat oil in stock pot, saute onion & garlic 2 minutes then add mince & brown (will take around 10 - 15 minutes).
2. Add balance of ingredients except parsley & bring to boil, then simmer for 2 - 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Mixture will reduce.
3. Add parsley
4. Eat
