Heidi's Homemade Salsa

Ingredients
Canned petite diced tomatoesJuice of one lime1 tsp adobo all purpose seasoning salt or salt and pepper1/4 cup chopped cilantro1 chopped and seeded chipotle in adobo1 tbsp apple cider vinegar2 small or 1 large cloves garlic1 medium chopped yellow onion1 tsp ground cumin
Directions
Blend garlic and cilantro together first in your chopper, pluse six or seven times to mince the garlic. Add apple cider vinegar and chiptole and mix for a few seconds. Add all other ingredients and blend until you've reached your desired thickness. Season to taste, you can try adding ancho chili powder as well.
