Low Carb "Breaded/Crumbed" Pork Chops

Mid Loin Pork Chop Lean @ 3 oz (110grams) incl bone, 3 servingAlmond Meal, 1 3/4oz (50grams)Parmesan Cheese, grated, @1 1/2 oz (40 grams)Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 1 tspGarlic powder, 1/2 tspOnion powder, 1/2 tspegg white, fresh, 1 largeoil 2 tsp
Whisk egg white with a little water to loosen and beat.
Mix the almond meal, cheese, Mrs Dash, garlic and onion powders together.
Dip the chops into the egg white and then coat with the seasoned almond meal
Heat 2 tsp of oil in skillet and lightly saute the chops for approximately 5 minutes on each side - don't overcook.
Serving Size: Makes 3 "breaded/crumbed" chops
