Ingredients
8oz water4 scoops Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Isolate1 TB Flax Oil1 egg whiteDash cinnamon (I like a lot, makes it taste like a cinnamon roll)
Directions
Mix together ingredients (I used my smoothie maker to mix).
Pour in greased cupcake pan.
Bake at 400 for 15mins.
