Ingredients
Vegetables, Mixed Salad Greens, 1 servingGranny smith apple - 1 med. apple, 1 servingCelery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)5 Almonds3 Strawberries, frozen, unsweetenedSugar In The Raw, 1 tspWater3 teaspoons chia gel
Directions
Wash and core the apple. Add it to a Vitamix-type blender along with the rest of the ingredients except the chia gel. Add water to about the two-cup mark. Start the blender on variable low, slowly bring it up to high and then flip the High switch until the mixture is completely smooth. Pour into a glass and stir in the chia gel. Enjoy!
