Sugar-Free Mini Pumkin Pie

Ingredients
2 - Eggs, fresh1 - 15 oz. can Pumpkin Pie Mix1 Cup - Equal for Baking (Sucralose)1/2 tsp. - Salt1 tsp. - Ground Cinnamon1/2 tsp. - Ground Ginger1/2 tsp. - Ground Cloves, ground1 - 12 oz. Canned Nonfat Evaporated Milk1 tsp. - Vanilla Extract48 - 3 1/2" Wonton wrappers
Directions
Mix all wet ingredients in the order listed until well blended. Place wonton wrappers in the bottom of regular size cupcake pan. (I spray with Pam.) Ladle 1 Tbs. of mixture into the bottom of each wrapper. Bake in 375 degree oven fro 9 - 15 min. (Ovens vary, so start with 9 and add time as needed.)

Let cook completely on a cooling wrap. Add sugar-free Cool Whip if desired.
