Strawberry Banana Breakfast Quinoa

Ingredients
1 Cup Quinoa2 cups water1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar1 Banana10 Strawberries2 tsp Coffee Creamer powder1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
Mix the water, coffee creamer, quinoa, and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Lower heat and simmer for about 15 minutes until quinoa is cooked and liquid is absorbed. Allow to rest 5 minutes, covered.
Dice up half the banana and strawberries and about 3/4 of the way through cooking stir them into the quinoa.
After quinoa rests about 5 minutes, spoon into bowls and top with remaining sliced fruit.
