1 cup cider vinegar3/4 cup cider1 tsp dijon mustard1 tsp white pepper1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp celery saltlemon juice to taste ( a few squirts)

wisk all ingredients together, Use as a salad dressing or marinade.
