Apple Cranraisin Coleslaw

Ingredients
1 cup shredded or chopped cabbage1/2 fugi or gala apple (cut up wedges)1 heaping tablespoon cranraisins1/4 cup nonfat milk1 tablespoon granulated sugar1 tablespoon light mayonaise2 tsp. white vinegar (optional)
Directions
Mix prepared cabbage, apples, and cranraisins in medium sized bowl. In small bowl wisk milk, mayonaise, sugar, and vinegar. Then pour the liquid over the slaw. Stir gently, cover and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.
