Bec's simple tomato pasta sauce

Ingredients
1 Tin of Crushed tomatoes3 cloves of garlic1 tbs oil2 teaspoons basil pesto2 tablespoons soy sour cream/sour cream/ creamjuice of half an orange/lemon/lime
Directions
Heat oil in a saucepan.
Crush garlic and add to oil, heating until brown.
Add tinned tomatoes and bring to slow boil.
Add pesto and sour cream.
Remove saucepan from heat and blend with a stick blender.
Return to low heat and add juice from lime, orange or lemon.


Serving Size: Makes enough for 6 - 8 pasta servings
