Grain-free broccoli bites

Approx 1 lb (about 3 cups chopped) of broccoli florets1 cup shredded cheese of choice1/2 cup of shredded or grated parmesan (or other hard cheese of choice)3 fresh eggs1 cup of almond meal (finely ground almonds)Plus salt and pepper, plus any other seasonings to taste (oregano is great)
Mix all ingredients then form into little balls. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes (until the bites become golden on the outside).
