Grilled Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
Burger ingredients:8 oz jennie o extra lean ground turkey breast3 T dry ranch dressing mix1 t salt1 t red pepper flakes (or to taste)splash of lemon juice2 thin reduced fat colby cheese slices (sargento)1 ezekiel burger bunToppings: 3 T heinz ketchup2 t honey mustard1/2 small red onion, sliced1 plum tomato, sliced
Directions
Mix together the burger ingredients. Form into two equal patties.

Put the burgers on the grill- cook through completely.

Toast up the buns while you let the burgers rest (and the cheese melt on top!).

Assemble and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 2 burgers with 1/2 bun each!
