Sugar Free, Fat Free Banana Oat Muffins

Ingredients
3/4 Cups of Whole Grain Flour1 Cup of Oats4 Ripe Bananas (Better if over ripe)2 Egg Whites1 tsp of Cinnamon1 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
Preheat oven to 180 Degrees
Mash all 4 bananas in a large bowl
Once lumps are removed add egg whites and whisk until light.
In another bowl combine the dry ingrediants
Add dry ingrediants to wet ingrediants and mix well but gently as otherwise the muffins will be tough
Once combined put into prepared muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
