Bear's Big Arizona Omelette

Ingredients
1 cup eggbeaters original all whites1/4 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese1/4 cup chopped whole green chiles2 tbs Sadie's salsa - hot
Directions
Put non-stick cooking spray in skillet, put on flame to heat.
Put the eggbeaters in bowl and whisk briskly, then pour into heated skillet.
Give the omelet a minute for the bottom to start setting up, then spread chiles, mozzarella, and salsa on top.
Fold sides up, and after it starts to firm up, flip it once to cook completely.
Serve hot!
