Oats, .5 cup Milk, 2%, .6 cup Chobani 0% Vanilla Greek Yogurt (8 oz), .5 serving *Chia Seed, 3 tbspBlueberries, fresh, .75 cup Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp
Only use rolled oats (often called "old fashioned oats"), not steel cut or quick oats.
Put all ingredients except for blueberries in a mason jar and shake until well mixed. Stir in blueberries. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
