1 cup frozen strawberries, unsweetened3/4 cup frozen peaches, unsweetened1/3 cup canned mandarin oranges in lite juice1/2 banana1/4 cup vanilla yogurt1/2 cup milk2 tsp sugar
Add frozen fruit to blender and chop up with 'ice' setting. This will make the fruit small enough to blend. Add oranges and banana, then vanilla yogurt, milk and sweetener. Blend on 'smoothie' setting until it reaches a desirable consistency.
Serving Size: Makes two 6-8 oz. glasses
