Slow Cooker Beef Stew w/ Mushrooms

Ingredients
1.25 lbs Beef Stew Meat6 Cups Swanson Low Sodium Beef Broth2 Cups Bolthouse Farms Fresh Petite Carrots16 oz Birdseye Frozen Pearl Onions6 Small Fresh Idaho Potatoes, cut into chuncks8 oz Fresh Sliced Mushrooms2 TBSP Contadina Tomatoe Paste1 TBSP Crisco EVOO1/2 Cup Flour
Directions
Brown the stew meat with 1 TBSP Crisco EVOO in a pan over Medium heat. Once the stew meat is cooked through add the 1/2 cup of flour and combine. Then add all the ingredients to your crockpot. Once everything is added, you may need to add some water to cover all the vegetables and meat. Stir everything together well and cover. Cook on High heat for 10-12 hours. Makes approximately 12 one cup servings.
