Poached Chicken Marinara

Ingredients
28 oz can crushed tomatoes1/2 lg onion, diced3 cloves garlic1 skinless chicken breast, approx. 8 ozSeasonings to taste
Directions
Sautee onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant and softened.

Add crushed tomatoes and chicken. Cook over medium low for approximately 30 minutes. Remove chicken, shred, and return to pan for another 10 minutes.

Right before removing pan from heat, add fresh herbs to taste.
