Ashley's Cheesy Chicken, Veggies and Pasta

Ingredients
1 Cup chopped onion1 cup chopped celery1 carton swansons chicken stock2 cups water16 oz whole white penne pasta1 bag diced cooked chicken2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Bring chicken stock and 2 cups water to a boil. Add onions and celery and allow to cook about 5 minutes. Add pasta and cook until almost tender. Add chick, veggies and heat through. Add cheese and allow to melt.
