Healthy Crockpot Chili

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground turkey1 lb. lean ground sirloin1 large onion, chopped1 large red pepper, chopped1 large green pepper, chopped1 medium zucchini, grated2 cans fire roasted crushed tomatoes1 can low sodium beef broth1/2 can tomato paste2 tbs. chili powder1 can dark red kidney beans, drained
Directions
Brown ground meats, one at a time in a large skillet, pour into crockpot. In same skillet add the onion, peppers and zucchini and cook 2 or three minutes. Add beef broth, tomato paste and crushed tomatoe. Add Chili powder and mix well. Transfer vegetable to the crockpot and mix with the ground meats. Add a can of kidney beans. Turn crockpot on high for about four hours.
