1.5 cup Mashed Potatoes1 TBSP Flour.5 cup frozen peas (thawed and mashed slightly).5 Chopped green onions2.5 teasp Grated Ginger Root1 clove garlic minced1/2 teasp Garam Masala (or to taste)1 large Egg beaten
Mix together, form into cakes, put on Silpat or aluminum foil sprayed with Pam. Spray tops with Pam and bake at 400 degrees until brown (20 min)
