Ingredients
1 large pork tenderloin in bite size pieces3 firm apples, gala or pink lady chopped2 med onions chopped5 med carrots peeled and chopped6 med potatoes peeled and chopped1 pepper chopped3 cloves garlic crushed or garlic powder or jarred garlic2 tsp olive oil2 tsp boullion powdercup water
Directions
Chop the tenderloin and seal it in the heated oil, add the rest of the chopped vegetables and sauté for about 10 minutes on a low heat. Add the boullion dissolved in a cup of water. simmer on the stove top or in a casserole for a bout 30 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the apple has collapsed to make a sauce
