White Quinoa Pilaf

Ingredients
Roland White Quinoa, 4 serving Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Garlic, 2 cloves Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Sauteé onions and garlic in olive oil until onions are translucent.

Add two cups chicken broth.

Bring mixture to boil.

Add 1 cup quinoa and bring back to boil.

Reduce to simmer and cook for 15 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
