Ingredients
Shrimp, cooked, 8 oz*Ronzoni Healthy Harvest whole wheat spaghetti style pasta (dry), 8 ozSpinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yieldsKitchen Basics Natural Vegetable Cooking Stock, 1 cupOnions, raw, .25 cup, choppedPepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
Directions
Pre-cook shrimp by boiling in water with Old Bay seasoning. Drain shrimp. Melt butter in saucepan and quickly saute shrimp and onion. Place chicken broth in saucepan and bring to a boil. Mix cooked linguini, shrimp mixture and cooked spinach into chicken broth. Season with hot pepper flakes. Serves 2.
