Banana Light Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup *Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1 Egg, fresh (could use egg beaters to save some calories//cholesterol) 1/2 cup *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener 1 small Banana, mashed 1 tbsp. Cinnamon, ground Diet 7-Up (enough to make flour mixture moist and pourable)
Directions
Stir all dry ingredients together with egg and 7-Up. Pour into muffin tins sprayed with Pam or lightly greased. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes.
