400 g minced meat1paprika diced (100 g)1 onion diced (100 g)1 slice bread (approx. 50 g)50 ml of skimmed milk1 eggadd salt, pepper, paprika spice etc. for your likingsoak bread in milk and addmix all together (best with your hand)dice cheese in cubes use table spoon to portion, form balls, put cheese cube into middle.beat left over egg on plate, roll meat ball in egg and then in bread crumbs, fry in pan (with the oil) until done.makes 12

    My kids and I loved the idea of cheese inside the meatball, but I did not want to fry them, so I made a baked version instead (30 mins at 400 degrees). These are a fun idea and a hit with the kids. :D - 5/22/14
