Chicken with white sauce

Ingredients
4 chicken thighs1 zucchini2 tbsp. olive oil1/4 onion1 garlic clove1/4 cup flour2 cups milk2-4 oz monterey jack or mozzarela cheese
Directions
Boil skinless chicken thighs, remove bones. Cut chicken into medium chunks. Cut zucchini in medium chunks or slices. Place chicken and zucchini in baking dish (season zucchini). Heat olive oil, saute onions and garlic, season, add flour, cook for couple of minutes, stirring, add warm milk. When the sauce reaches right consistency pour over chicken and zucchini, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 400 F for 40-45 minutes or until brown
