Thai Curried Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1.5 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 3 tbsp (remove)Curry powder, 1 tbsp (remove)*garam marsala, 1 tsp (remove)Lime Juice, 1 wedge yields (remove)Grapes, 1 cup, seedless (remove)Basil, 5 leaves (remove)
Directions
Boil chicken breasts until thoroughly cooked. Cool and cut into pieces. Mix mayo, curry, garam masala, lime juice. Add chicken. Cut grapes in half or quarters mix into chicken. Chopped basil leaves and mix into chicken salad. Serve in a half pita pocket.

Serving Size: makes 4 pita pockets.
