Lazy Manicotti

3 cups dry pasta shells1 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese2 large eggs1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded1 15 oz can tomato sauce1 cup watergarlic powder, salt, pepper, italian seasonings to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
1. Put pasta shells in bottom of 9X9 pan. Add water to dish.
2. In large bowl mix together cheeses (leaving out a bit of the mozzarella and jack to top with later), eggs and seasonings. Pour over shells.
3. Pour tomato sauce (I use the canned sauce and add my own seasonings) over cheese mixture. Cover dish with foil tightly and bake for 50 minutes.
4. After 50 minutes remove foil, top with the last bit of mozzarella and jack cheeses. Put in oven about 10 minutes longer until bubbly. Pull out of the oven and allow to sit for 5 more minutes. Serve.
Serving Size: Makes about 6 1 cup servings
