Super Protein (Vegan) Oat Bran for Two

3 cups water2/3 cup raw oat bran10-20 drops (or more) your choice of stevia (I like vanilla/cocoa bean)1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tbsp chia seeds (1.5 tsp)2 scoops vegan protein powder--I use SunWarrior Warrior Blend (1 scoop each vanilla & chocolate, makes it cookie-dough flavored!)
In a medium saucepan boil the 3 cups water with a pinch of salt. Once boiling reduce heat just slightly and add protein. Whisk out any lumps. Add stevia drops. Let cook at rolling boil for approximately 1 minute. Add cinnamon and chia and whisk until fully incorporated. Wait another minute and then whisk in protein powder (you can add a little additional liquid, i.e. milk, sf syrup, or more water to help the powder dissolve). Put heat down to low and let sit for about 2 minutes (stirring occasionally to prevent burning).
Let sit overnight in the fridge to thicken up nicely and enjoy!
Serving Size: makes 2 large servings, about 1 1/2 cups each!!
