Mushroom-Spinach stuffed Chicken breast

Ingredients
Chicken breastchopped mushroomschopped spinachchopped onionparmesan cheeseolive oilgarlicsalt red pepper flakes
Directions
Pound chicken breasts
saute veggies and cool
layer half of the veggie onto each chicken breast and roll up.
Place in a baking dish sprayed with pam.
Bake at 375 for 1 hour
