Coconut Coriander Mint Chutney

Ingredients
2 cups fresh mint2 cups fresh coriander1/2 cup shredded coconut1/4 cup coconut milk5 cloves garlic1" piece of ginger2 green chillies1 tsp. sugar1/2 tsp. salt2 tsp. lime juice
Directions
Remove leaves from mint stalks and roots from coriander. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend top a fine paste
