Candida diet coconut flour bread

Ingredients
.5 cup coconut flour (sifted).5 cup buckwheat flour.5 cup full cream can of coconut milk (I used Thai kitchen - use only the creamy part on top)5 eggs2 Tbsp coconut oil (melted).5 tsp sea salt1 tsp aluminum-free baking powderStevia, to taste (I used two packets)
Directions
-Blend together eggs, coconut oil, stevia, salt and milk
-Add sifted flours and baking powder and whisk until there are no lumps
-Pour into a loaf pan greased with coconut oil and bake at 350F (175C) for 30 minutes. (Mine took a little longer, and wasn't as golden as the recipe said it would be, but it tasted great!)
-Remove from oven and allow to cool before slicing. Wrap tightly and store in fridge.
