Left over pork loin fajita mix

Ingredients
1 TBsp olive oil1 tsp minced garlic8 oz shredded pork loin8 oz Julliene chopped zucchini2 cups of frozen 3 pepper onion blend1.5 TBsp el paso taco seasoning
Directions
In a large saute skillet heat olive oil. Add garlic and zucchini. saute until zucchini has softened slightly and then add pepper and onion mix. when that is almost hot add shredded pork and taco seasoing. Heat and eat on a tortilla with refried beans. Calories are only for the meat and veg mix.
