2 lbs ground lean turkey1 onion, diced1 green bell pepper, diced2 cloves garlic, minced1 can tomato paste1 cup diced tomatoes (more if you like it tomatoey)1 cup water (if putting in slow cooker)1/3 cup brown sugar1/2 cup ketchup2 tsp mustard3 TBSP soy sauce1 -2 TBSP Worchestire saucecrushed red pepper flakes (to your liking) 1 tsp onion powder1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp paprika
Brown ground turkey with onion and garlic. Add to slow cooker and then add all other ingredients. Cook on high for 3-4 hours. Serve with your favorite rolls or buns.
