HCG Stuffed Peppers - low carb

Ingredients
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 12 oz Cauliflower, raw, 300 grams Tomato Paste, .5 can (6 oz) Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 1 clove Jalapeno Peppers, .5 pepper Garlic powder, 1 tsp *Onion powder, 1 tsp Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup
Directions
You want to start off by browning your meat w/ onions garlic & season to taste, mix in the cauliflower rice (to create the rice you just pulse your cauliflower until it's small like rice) mix in your remaining ingredients the paste along with egg sub.

You can taste it here to see if your seasoning is right on...

Core you peppers and you can steam a few minutes just so they cook all they way thru.

Stuff em' and Bake em' at 350 for an hour!
