Vegan Bean and Oat Burgers

Ingredients
1c uncooked oatmeal (any)1.5 c black beans rinsed (reserve liquid).5 c white beans with some liquid2 large portabella mushrooms chopped (2c)
Directions
mash beans, cooke mushrooms and combine ingredients...may not have to use a binder due to the white beans being gluey...if a binder is needed use 3T water to 1 T of ground flax and add to mixture....add any spices you wish ( left that out its on you!) Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, EVOO cookie sheet, flipping half way through...let cool before serving...great as a burger or on top of a salad
