Ingredients:Hot dog Schneiders naturals, 6spelt flour, .75 cup Cornmeal, .33 cup STEVIVA blend, .5 tbsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp sea salt, 1/4 tsp Milk, 1%, .33 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large Olive Oil, 1tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl (except the weiners). Coat skewered hotdogs with the batter. Place on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
