Homemade Salsa

1 small onion, chopped roughlyThree jalapenos with seeds and ribs, chopped (depending on how spicy you want it, add more or less)1 garlic clove, smashes and chopped3 plum tomatoes, quartered2 cans of diced tomatoes (14 oz)Cilantro Leaves (to your taste)1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar1/4 teaspoon salt
1. Add the onion, jalapenos, and garlic to a food processor.
2. Add the plum tomatoes, fresh cilantro, sugar, and salt. Pulse the food processor until the consistency is chunky.
3. Add the two cans of diced tomatoes. Pulse a little to mix it.
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serving Size: Makes 8 1/2-cup servings
