Easy Banana Cream Dessert

Ingredients
6 Low fat graham cracker sheets2 medium bananas0.9 oz box of instant sugar-free, fat-free banana cream pudding (prepared)
Directions
Using a 9 x 9 square pan, place graham crackers in a single layer. Slice one banana and place slices evenly on top of graham crackers. Prepare pudding as directed, the pour 2/3 of the prepared pudding onto bananas and crackers. Slice second banana and place in a layer on top of pudding. Pour remaining pudding on top and spread evenly over entire surface. Refrigerate at least 30 min, cut into 12 squares and enjoy!

    Yummy! I used a regular reduced-fat pie crust. And I added a 1/2 tub of sugar free cool whip. I also used TWO bananas. It was yummy. - 6/10/08
